Join us for our first Monthly Mingle at the Beerded Cork! We had so much fun at out last Beerded Cork event that we decided to keep hosting meet-ups for the community. We will be having these Monthly Mingles every month just to have fun and be together. See y'all there!

The Spartanburg Pride Coalition

The Spartanburg Pride Coalition is a union of groups in Upstate South Carolina that support and uplift LGBTQIA+ people, families, and allies in Spartanburg, Anderson, and Cherokee Counties. Our goal is to see Pride celebrated in Spartanburg City this year and every year.

Our Vision Statement

The vision and purpose of this year’s Pride Fall Festival is to create a joyful, community-driven celebration for LGBTQIA+ people, families, allies, and organizations in Spartanburg and the surrounding areas. This event is meant to respond to the community’s desire for a local Pride celebration that brings people together, builds connection, highlights resources, and creates a welcoming space where everyone can feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

Member Organizations

Member organizations of the Spartanburg Pride Coalition include:

They are an organization that provide a space for tough communications and social engagement across boundaries. They are a religious organization in Spartanburg that affirm and support queer religious people. They are a community center for queer youth in the Upstate. Their logo is the word 'Up' inside a rainbow border. In the original file name they actually call this their 'retro logo' and I think that's adorable.
